1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 333bel ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 333bel platform, available at https://333bel.net and any associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, or applications ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

333bel reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. Any amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 1.1 Governing Language

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 333bel Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 333bel enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all players. Players aged 17 or younger are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion that applies to online gambling platforms.

2.2 Responsibility for Eligibility

By completing the registration process, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by 333bel — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active 333bel player account. Opening, maintaining, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether using the same identity, a different identity, a shared device, or a shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where 333bel identifies duplicate accounts, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and withhold or return deposits at its sole discretion.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and payment details — is accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

333bel is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. 333bel will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 333bel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 333bel Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated. 333bel does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 333bel accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and account status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 333bel is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking intermediaries, or incomplete KYC documentation.

4.4 Player Funds

Funds deposited into your 333bel account are held for the sole purpose of placing bets and playing games on the Platform. 333bel does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are maintained separately from Company operating funds. If you wish to withdraw your remaining balance at any time, you may request a withdrawal through your account settings, subject to the KYC and minimum withdrawal requirements outlined in these Terms.

4.5 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a legitimate 333bel transaction without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. 333bel reserves the right to suspend your account, reverse any associated bonuses, and recover funds equivalent to any chargeback amount through available legal and financial remedies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

333bel offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a verified account and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are added to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements will be specified for each individual offer.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

333bel takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, using bonus funds to place low-risk, hedge-bets or arbitrage bets intended to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and collusion with other players for the purpose of bonus exploitation. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 333bel Platform, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or interfering with the accounts, data, or sessions of other users.
• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting any error, bug, glitch, or miscalculation in any game or odds display. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided. Players who identify errors are encouraged to report them to [email protected].
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game where collusion would affect the outcome or odds of play.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion measure, or account restriction imposed by 333bel or self-requested by the player.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 333bel support team or any other user of the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6.1 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any conduct by another user that you believe breaches these Terms — including suspected match-fixing, collusion, or fraudulent use of the Platform — you are encouraged to report this to our support team at [email protected]. All reports will be treated in confidence.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 333bel account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority. Once a self-exclusion is applied, the account will be closed and no new account may be opened for the duration of the exclusion period. 7.3 Closure or Suspension by 333bel

333bel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Regulatory or legal requirement

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud or breach of Terms, 333bel reserves the right to withhold the full account balance. Where closure is for administrative or inactivity reasons and no breach has been identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

7.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 333bel will attempt to contact the registered email address prior to applying an inactivity closure. Players may reactivate their account at any time before the inactivity closure is applied by logging in or contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

333bel provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, downtime, or data loss at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333bel expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

8.1 No Liability for Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. 333bel accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by a player as a result of gambling on the Platform, provided that all games were conducted fairly and in accordance with their published rules. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling losses are a foreseeable outcome of using a gambling service and that you accept this risk freely and of your own accord.

8.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 333bel will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter fairly. 8.3 Third-Party Services

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 333bel's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 333bel account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 333bel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 333bel in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by 333bel of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
